Returns & Refunds
You may return items for an exchange only.
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns/exchanges.
When returning your item they must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging.
If item has more than 1 piece all must be returned!
For example all pyjamas sets with matching headband all 3 pieces must be returned.
Swimwear and lingerie are non refundable or exchangeable.
Please ensure you select correct size on items.

Delivery
All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked service.
You will be sent your tracking number once order is packed and dispatched.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed, packaged and posted.
All orders may take up to 7-14 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 approximately takes 1-3 days to deliver.
We only offer UK shipping via our website.
